Folksafi successfully implemented this large-scale humanitarian project in cooperation with the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) as part of Gaza’s 2024 emergency relief efforts. The project involved the supply, packaging, and delivery of one million food kits to Palestinian refugee families in the Gaza Strip, aimed at mitigating the severe humanitarian crisis and ensuring access to essential nutrition under challenging conditions.
Folksafi’s role in the project included:
- Coordinating the supply chain from multiple countries — including Egypt, Turkey, Thailand, and Brazil — through trusted partners.
- Managing warehousing, kitting, and quality assurance operations in Egypt to maintain food safety standards.
- Overseeing cross-border logistics and delivery via the Karam Abu Salem Crossing to UNRWA’s Gaza facilities.
- Ensuring full compliance with UNRWA’s technical, logistical, and humanitarian requirements.
This initiative strengthened food security for over one million Palestinian refugees and demonstrated Folksafi’s expertise in handling complex humanitarian and logistical operations with precision, transparency, and care.
